h1. Housekeeping report

Housekeeping report name is "Room settings".

You can find this report in reports section Activities->Reports

Room settings have many filters so hotel can print this report with different settings.

Most popular filters is:

a) Floor - you can select which floors to print in the report. You don't need to print all floors if housekeeper works only in the first floor. 

b) Exclude out of service/count - when using this check box report will not print rooms which now are in out of service status.

c) Housekeeper - you can select housekeeper. If you want to use this setting you must assign rooms to specified housekeeper

d) Grouping - you can select how to group rooms in report.

e) Order - you can select how rooms will be ordered in report.

In housekeeper report you can find second columns:

a) Resource - room number

b) Room type

c) Pax - guest quantity

d) Room state C - clean, D - dirty, T - to be inspected (it is clean but head of housekeepers did not check it yet. This setting is not very popular)

e) Basic preparation - it's basic room setting of the room. (For example if you have double room and this room can be DBL or TWIN, you can select basic preparation for this room in the settings of the room). This information shows housekeeper how room should be prepared after check-out (if there is no new reservation with specific requests)

f) Guest requested preparation - it can be DOUBLE or TWIN, or DBL + EXTRA BED ... Hotel can have list of all possible room preparations and select one in the reservation. This column shows how room should be prepared for a new reservation.

g) Arrival / Occupied / Departing (Reservation status). 

e) N of nights of occupied - how many night room occupied. 

f) Remaining nights of occupancy - how many night left to stay in this room. 

g) Bed-line change - bed change marker. This setting should be selected in room type setting. (Setup frequency)

h) Profile note - Note which is written in the reservation (Room setting place)
