h1. Out of order

We can create out or order through Ericsoft program or web module (houskeeping module)

1. Through Ericsoft program we have to go:

then we have to press "Insert" and to fill areas:

1) Category - two possibilities: "Out of servise" and "exclude from count". Both means that rooms will not be possible to book, but first one will count these rooms as available resources (you can see these rooms at reports just that they are out of order). "Exclude from count" - are not counting these rooms anywhere. Looks like you do not have it at all. Better option "Out of order".

2) Data from when, to when these rooms will be Out of order. 

3) Resources - what room or rooms should be closed. 

4) Topic - by the fault it is "Maintenance". (You can create new one topics, but in general you can write additional information on profile note and it will be visible on map)

On map it looks like this:

"Painting walls" was a "profile note".

2. Through Web module (houskeeping) we should go to"

then you fill the table:

data: from when to when it should be closed, resource number, motivation (by the fault it is maintenance) and the note, if you want to fill it.

it appears on our map:

Also we can see this information on the same report like  [[Maintenance issue]] - we go to report "Room setting" and open today :

on report we can see "faults" - it is our OUT OF ORDER ISSUES and "maintenance" - jt is our MAINTENANCE ISSUES.
