Mainenance issue

Maintenance issue we can create through Ericsoft and Web module (houskeeping module)

1. Through Ericsoft we should go:

Then we press "Insert" and we have to fill the fields:

Data and admin fills automatically (data is today) and user is the person which is connected. 
Topic: You have to choose the topic (by the fault it is "faults", but it is possible to create others if you want.
Resource: you show the room.
Profile note: you write the task (for ex. to change the lamp in the living room)
Other fields you will fill when issue will be solved. So now you press "insert".
On the report "Room settings"  you can see this information:

with the filters:

you see the report:

Now, when the issue is solved, you have to go to the previous area, open that issue and press: solved. If you want to can fill profile note and write some additional information. Data and user will fill automatically again.

Then you can see the issue "end day" when it was closed and solved and there is no information on the report.

2. Through the houskeeping module, you have to choose maintenance:

You press the "+" button and fill the fields: data, resource, motivation (by fault it is faults like before), note where you write the task:

All this information you can see on Ericsoft too. When issue is solved, you can show it in the houskeeping sistem: press the three dots and chose "Solve", then write the solution at the profile note area and press OK :

At Ericsoft it just dissapears and at houskeeping module it will green then:
