Housekeeping report

Housekeeping report name is "Room settings".
You can find this report in reports section Activities->Reports

Room settings have many filters so hotel can print this report with different settings.

Most popular filters is:

a) Floor - you can select witch floors print in report. Not need to housekeeper print all floors if housekeeper work only in one floor.
b) Exclude out of service/count - using this check box report will not print rooms witch now are in out of service state.
c) Housekeeper - you can select housekeeper. If you want use this setting you must assign rooms to specified housekeeper

d) Grouping - you can select how to group rooms in report.
e) Order - you can select how will be ordered rooms in report.

In housekeeper report you can find second columns:

a) Resource - room number
b) Room type
c) Pax - guest quantity
d) Room state C - clean, D - dirty, T - to be inspected (he is clean but not checked by head of housekeepers. This setting not wary popular)
e) Basic preparation - it's basic room setting of the room. (For example if you have double room and this room can be DBL or TWIN, you can select basic preparation for this room in the settings of the room). From this information housekeeper know how need prepare this room after check-out if no any new reservation with specified requests
f) Guest requested preparation - it can be DOUBLE or TWIN, or DBL + EXTRA BED ... Hotel can have list off all possible room preparation and select room preparation in reservation. From this column guest know how room must be prepared to new reservation.
g) Arrival / Accupied / Departing
