Guest registration card¶

1) Ericsoft PMS can print Guest registration card only on the moment at check-in

a) Start check-in procedure (you can do it from planning or from arrivals)

b) Assign room number if room number is not assigned. (you need to do it if you assigning room on the moment at check-in. Otherwise push the button "Next")

c) Insert registration card

If you need you can fill guest passport data to the system. This procedure is not necessary. If you are not filling passport data in registration card you can select button „Insert“.

d) Finish check-in operation
