B2B RATE¶

If you want to create B2B Rate, which will be visible on booking engine for specific company, you should:

1. Create simple Rate code with room categories, prices and etc.
2. Create B2B Rate
3. Tell for company secret code in order to let them see the secret prices

1. First of all you have to create just simple RATE code with all prices and room categories which will be available for specific company. Very important to mark sign on "Available in booking engine" and "Available only for B2B".
IMPORTANT: how you will name this rate code on "Description" - it is how customer will see it on your booking engine.

2. Then you have to create B2B rate code and add simple rate code which you just created there.
You have to choose:

You have to insert new B2B rate code.
In the place "code" you have to write special code which company will use in your booking engine.
"Decription" will be visible just for you.
"Booker" is the specific company. Add it here and it will be easier to find all reservations made by this company.
Then you have to insert "associated rate" code which you created before.

3. Customer know that "SPECIALUS" is their secret code. They have to write this code on your website, booking engine and then he can see the result of special offer:
