h1. Advance payments

Advance payment function allow to collect money and calculate VAT in same time. This function can be used also and for Gift card functionality if you pay VAT on the moment of gift card sell. 

Advance payment can be collected in 2 ways:

a) To profile

b) To reservation

a) To collect advance payment form profile (without reservation) you must open advance payment module:

Please fill all mandatory data:

a) Recipient - person on witch profile this advance payment will be assigned.

b) VAT - witch VAT level need calculate on the moment of advance payment. (If you know that this advance payment is for accommodation you can change VAT level of advance payment) 

c) Amount - advance payment amount

+*If you need define that this advance payment is gift card you can change billing type. (Billing type must be created by your local Ericsoft dealer).+

*Push button NEXT->*

Select type of payment and push OK:

You will get invoice (for of invoice can be modified).

You can divide your Advance payment. For this operations you can select advance payment and push button "Dividi"

Select divide sum:

If you want to use this deposit or gift card you can do it on the moment of payment:

On the moment of the payment chose Down payments function

Select from where you want to use advance payment:

Find profile from the list with F4 button:

Select advance payment witch you want to use if guest have more than one advance payment:
